Artificial For Real: Even our god and worship

Is it any wonder that our church services truly offer us no life and rejuvenation that lasts and restores our souls, producing irreversible change. In almost ever aspect of life (modern civilization) we substitute the artificial and man made for the real and magnificent creations of God. Walking through Flatirons Mall in Broomfield, CO, I see Christmas Lights, and realize, we substitute them for the stars with our own inventions and products, that literally pull our eyes away from the awe of Him, and lead us more and more into glorifying ourselves and our abilities. Is it truly any wonder or question why our manufactured church services that try to motivate with multiple exterior impulses that cause motivated emotions (fear, sorrow, excitement, etc.), that we still feel empty after a period of time away from such things.

Tell me the difference in needing a worship service and needing drugs, alcohol or sex to ease the emptiness within ourselves.

Everything man makes is artificial, never giving life, except the thing God gave us, children. Which we still do not even put together, He does, we just donate the sperm and the egg.

The only true and real experience one can have is given by the Father Himself.
